Though a native Hawaiian, she has spent most of her career on the mainland and received her M.F.A. from the the University of of Arizona. She rarely strays far from her favorite character categorieswitches, queens, and crazy women. Past favorites include Queen Margaret (Richard III), Solange (The Maids), Clytemnestra (Electra), Maria (Lend Me a Tenor) and Madame Defarge (A Tale of Two Cities). Ms. Cobb is also a founding member of the female performance troupe Quatra.
