This fifty–minute two–actor interactive performance workshop is designed to entertain and engage students while helping teachers achieve KERA goals. Age–appropriate workshops are tailored to meet the specific needs of elementary, middle and high school students. Three scenes are linked thematically allowing students to discover the accessibility of Shakespeare and explore the complexity of human emotions.

This fifty–minute one–actor performance workshop features the very heart of Shakespeare’s histories, the kings. Your students will have the opportunity to explore the true nature of some of the Bard's most conflicted characters — the leaders of the times at their best… and worst. This workshop not only introduces students to the language of the greatest–living English playwright, but serves as a great cross–curriculum tie–in for history and social studies classes.

This fifty–minute one–actor performance interactive performance workshop features monologues and songs from a variety of plays including <SPAN CLASS="Ital">Hamlet, Twelfth Night, The Merchant of Venice, Henry IV, part i, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, As You Like It, The Two Gentlemen of Verona, The Winter’s Tale, Henry V, The Taming of the Shrew</SPAN> and <SPAN CLASS="Ital">The Tempest</SPAN>. The performance depicts many of Shakespeare’s funniest, yet most profound characters.
